Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the service planning team across different service areas.

  • Ensure timely preparation and dispatch of quotations, service reports, and correspondence.

  • Support the service department in tracking and following up on service activities.

  • Collaborate with sales to promote service offerings and related concepts.

  • Plan technicians work schedules and allocate manpower effectively.

  • Handle customer and vendor inquiries, ensuring prompt responses.

  • Review documentation and inspection schedules for accuracy and compliance.

  • Share responsibility for the 24-hour service hotline.

  • Manage transactions in SAP and internal systems according to guidelines.

  • Prepare and issue invoices for both subsidiary and ad-hoc customers.

  • Report non-conformities, assist in corrective actions, and ensure smooth service operations.

Tasks

  • Deliver high-quality service with strong customer focus.

  • Drive the growth of service sales and enhance presence in the marine safety sector.

  • Support other service department functions as needed.

  • Ensure proper documentation is completed for each job.
