Responsibilities

Plan technicians work schedules and allocate manpower effectively.

Handle customer and vendor inquiries, ensuring prompt responses.

Review documentation and inspection schedules for accuracy and compliance.

Share responsibility for the 24-hour service hotline.

Manage transactions in SAP and internal systems according to guidelines.

Prepare and issue invoices for both subsidiary and ad-hoc customers.

Report non-conformities, assist in corrective actions, and ensure smooth service operations.
