Key Responsibilities

Corporate Strategy & M&A

  • Lead end-to-end M&A and strategic investment activities, including deal sourcing, due diligence, negotiation, and post-acquisition integration

  • Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute long-term corporate growth strategies

  • Monitor market trends, economic developments, and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities

  • Align group-level strategic objectives with operational execution across business units

Capital Planning & Fundraising

  • Develop capital strategies and funding structures aligned with business expansion plans

  • Engage with financial institutions, investors, and strategic partners to support fundraising initiatives

  • Prepare investment materials such as financial models, investor presentations, and due diligence documentation

  • Support leadership teams in defining capital requirements and growth investment strategies

Investor Relations & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Maintain strong relationships with investors, shareholders, and key financial partners

  • Prepare strategic updates, presentations, and performance reports for stakeholders and board members

  • Communicate complex financial and business insights clearly to both internal and external audiences

Portfolio Company Advisory

  • Provide strategic guidance to leadership teams across group companies on business planning, growth initiatives, and market positioning

  • Support annual planning, scenario analysis, and performance reviews

  • Assist in restructuring, turnaround strategies, or strategic repositioning when required

Network Development & Market Engagement

  • Build and maintain relationships with financial institutions, advisors, and industry partners

  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking platforms

  • Facilitate strategic partnerships and collaborations across the business ecosystem

Requirements

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline

  • MBA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification is highly preferred

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in corporate development, investment, or strategic finance roles

  • Proven experience leading M&A transactions, fundraising, and strategic investment initiatives

  • Strong financial modeling, market analysis, and investor communication skills

  • Ability to work closely with senior executives, boards, and external stakeholders

  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving ability and experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
