Key Responsibilities
Corporate Strategy & M&A

Lead end-to-end M&A and strategic investment activities, including deal sourcing, due diligence, negotiation, and post-acquisition integration

Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute long-term corporate growth strategies

Monitor market trends, economic developments, and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities

Align group-level strategic objectives with operational execution across business units
Capital Planning & Fundraising

Develop capital strategies and funding structures aligned with business expansion plans

Engage with financial institutions, investors, and strategic partners to support fundraising initiatives
-
Prepare investment materials such as financial models, investor presentations, and due diligence documentation
-
Support leadership teams in defining capital requirements and growth investment strategies
Investor Relations & Stakeholder Engagement

Maintain strong relationships with investors, shareholders, and key financial partners
-
Prepare strategic updates, presentations, and performance reports for stakeholders and board members

Communicate complex financial and business insights clearly to both internal and external audiences
Portfolio Company Advisory

Provide strategic guidance to leadership teams across group companies on business planning, growth initiatives, and market positioning

Support annual planning, scenario analysis, and performance reviews

Assist in restructuring, turnaround strategies, or strategic repositioning when required
Network Development & Market Engagement

Build and maintain relationships with financial institutions, advisors, and industry partners

Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking platforms

Facilitate strategic partnerships and collaborations across the business ecosystem
Requirements

Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline

MBA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification is highly preferred
-
Minimum 10+ years of experience in corporate development, investment, or strategic finance roles
-
Proven experience leading M&A transactions, fundraising, and strategic investment initiatives

Strong financial modeling, market analysis, and investor communication skills

Ability to work closely with senior executives, boards, and external stakeholders

Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving ability and experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
