Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to grow assigned product lines locally and overseas

  • Achieve sales targets while maintaining strong profit margins

  • Prepare sales forecasts, annual plans, and tailored customer proposals

  • Expand market presence through client visits and new customer acquisition

  • Build and maintain relationships with OEMs, principals, and key suppliers

  • Implement strategic sales initiatives aligned with business objectives

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and technology developments

  • Ensure compliance with ISO management systems

  • Support team growth through coaching, training, and knowledge sharing

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in engine spare parts sales within marine, offshore, or oil & gas sectors

  • Strong understanding of marine and energy industry markets

  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and business development skills

  • Able to work independently under pressure with strong attention to detail

  • Proficient in MS Office

  • Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence and own vehicle

  • Willing to travel overseas when required

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
