Key Responsibilities
- Support the setup of trust and corporate structures, including client onboarding and due diligence

Serve as the main liaison for clients and external parties such as banks, asset managers, and professional advisers

Maintain complete and accurate trust and corporate records in both electronic and physical formats

Ensure timely and accurate updates in internal client databases

Handle daily trust and corporate administration tasks, including responding to queries and performing trustee-related duties

Prepare, review, and coordinate execution of trust and corporate documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements

Conduct periodic trust reviews to ensure proper administration and compliance
-
Participate in client and stakeholder meetings when required

Provide guidance and support to junior team members
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in trust administration

Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently

Highly organized with good multitasking ability, even under pressure

Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
-
Proactive, responsible, and team-oriented
-
Professional certification such as STEP or equivalent is an advantage
