Key Responsibilities

  • Support the setup of trust and corporate structures, including client onboarding and due diligence

  • Serve as the main liaison for clients and external parties such as banks, asset managers, and professional advisers

  • Maintain complete and accurate trust and corporate records in both electronic and physical formats

  • Ensure timely and accurate updates in internal client databases

  • Handle daily trust and corporate administration tasks, including responding to queries and performing trustee-related duties

  • Prepare, review, and coordinate execution of trust and corporate documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements

  • Conduct periodic trust reviews to ensure proper administration and compliance

  • Participate in client and stakeholder meetings when required

  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members

  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in trust administration

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently

  • Highly organized with good multitasking ability, even under pressure

  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Proactive, responsible, and team-oriented

  • Professional certification such as STEP or equivalent is an advantage
