Location: Singapore

Salary: SGD 3,500 – 4,500

Key Responsibilities

• Support commercial and technical operations for marine HVAC projects
• Prepare quotations, costing, and commercial proposals based on technical requirements
• Work closely with engineering, procurement, and sales teams to align pricing and specifications
• Review tender documents, contracts, and project scope
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing and technical clarifications
• Monitor project costs, margins, and budget performance
• Assist in tender submissions and project documentation
• Maintain proper records of all commercial and contractual activities

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marine, offshore, or HVAC industry
• Basic technical knowledge of HVAC systems required
• Strong analytical and commercial understanding
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks under deadlines
• Good coordination and communication skills
