Key Responsibilities

  • Market Expansion: Identify and penetrate new business opportunities within the APAC maritime sector (Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, etc.).
  • Strategic Sales: Execute the full sales cycle, from lead generation and technical presentations to high-stakes contract negotiations.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain "trusted advisor" relationships with C-level executives and IT Managers.
  • Technical Consultation: Work closely with our Head of Sales and engineers' team to tailor cyber security and SATCOM solutions to specific fleet requirements.
  • Regional Representation: Maintain and expand our partners' network, attend key industry events like Sea Asia and Asia Pacific Maritime (APM) to boost brand visibility.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 5+ years of proven sales experience specifically within Maritime IT, Cyber Security, or Satellite Communications.
  • Network: An existing "Rolodex" of contacts within the Singaporean and regional shipping community.
  • Technical Literacy: A solid understanding of maritime network architecture, IMO 2021 cyber compliance, and satellite bandwidth management.
  • Culture Fit: Ability to work autonomously in Singapore while maintaining seamless communication with our HQ in Greece (considering the 5-6 hour time difference).
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Maritime Studies, Information Technology, or Business.
