Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Recruiter to lead and manage the sourcing and screening process for our growing hiring demand. This individual will be responsible for Outbound Calls, recruiting and screening candidates optimizing recruitment processes to meet our client quotas.
Responsibilities
- Recruitment Process Management
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and managing candidate questionnaires.
- Ensure each hire adheres to quality standards (U.S. citizenship or Green Card status, clear communication skills, and interest in the role).
- Recruiting
- Generate 10-25 candidate questionnaires per day.
- Implement performance tracking metrics and provide ongoing feedback.
- Candidate Quality Assurance
- Review call recordings to verify adherence to screening scripts.
- Maintain a questionnaire approval rate above 95%.
- Sourcing and Screening Strategy
- Develop strategies to source high-quality resumes.
- Maintain a ratio of 8 resumes per questionnaire, with a phone call success rate of 20-50%.
- Operational Efficiency
- Ensure phone calls are completed within 6-10 minutes, optimizing recruiter productivity.
- Monitor and improve the conversion rates from resumes to completed questionnaires.
- Reporting and Analytics
- Track recruitment performance using provided systems and analytics tools.
- Regularly update stakeholders on progress toward meeting the monthly goal of 1,000+ hires.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English is mandatory: Candidates must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as clear and professional communication is essential for this role.
- Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment or staffing, preferably in high-volume roles.
- Proven track record of managing recruitment teams and meeting aggressive hiring targets.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with teams and clients effectively.
- Ability to analyze recruitment data and adjust strategies to meet performance metrics.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Familiarity with recruitment software and analytics tools.
- Understanding of U.S. hiring and compliance standards is a plus.
