Job Description:
Essential:
- Candidate should have worked in construction site.
- Candidates who have worked in IT/ Production field will not be suitable.
- EDUCATIONAL QUAL: Diploma/ ITI
- JOB ROLE: He/she should apply for permits in site, should delegate with safety officer. He/she responsible for SIC-safety induction checklist and all kind of site related work.
- Good communication in English
- DESIRABLE: Should have 4-wheeler driving license.
Skills & Experience
We are seeking highly motivated and reliable Supervisor Full-time Staff with a can-do attitude for a long-term commitment. The ideal candidates will preferably have experience in all kinds of roller shutters and door industry or background as an installer or some other relevant field and have competent welding/fabrication experience. Electrical and mechanical skills highly regarded.

Supervisor Job Responsibilities:
- Travel to sites to install or service and repair doors (inc. Counterweight doors, roller doors, roller shutters, roller grilles, sliding doors, sectional doors etc.) and automated door operators.
- Product-use demonstrations to clients.
- Liaise with Installation Service Manager & Co-Workers and clients in a professional and efficient manner.
- Resolve technical or mechanical issues on-site where required.
- Also, service & repair all kind of roller shutter and residential garage doors & automated doors if required.
- Available for emergency callouts.
- Complete installation / service reports.
- Accomplishes department objectives by supervising staff and organizing and monitoring work processes.
- Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees and developing personal growth opportunities.
- Accomplishes staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.
- Plans, monitors, and appraises job results.
- Conducts training.
- Implements and enforces systems, policies, and procedures.
- Check the site condition according to the schedule given in advance and take the following actions.
- Decide whether the installation can proceed according to the installation Schedule or not.
- If the site is not ready for the installation, coordinate with the client and find out when the site would be ready for installation. Advise the same information to the Project in charge with the photos.
- Find out the safety procedures and Requirements of that site from the contractor and organize to meet the requirements before the installation.
- Plan and purchase the material required for the installation.
- Plan and organize the equipment, scaffolding / scissor lifts required for the installation including approval for the same from the contractor.
- Plan and organize any safety passes, safety induction courses required for the workers for the installation.
- Plan & organize for the Tools required for the installation and get the approval for the same from the contractor.
- Supervise the installation of every team after the installation for the quality and project specifications.
- Fill up the check list given for all the installations.
- Make sure the client is satisfied. So that, we can get another project from him. Get the feedback signed by the Project Manager with stamp.
- Getting the handing over form signed by the client for every project.
- Getting a project photograph upon completion.
- Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing organization standards and adhering to legal regulations.
- Completes operations by developing schedules, assigning and monitoring work, gathering resources, implementing productivity standards, resolving operations problems, maintaining reference manuals, and implementing new procedures.
- Controls expenses by gathering and submitting budget information, scheduling expenditures, monitoring variances, and implementing corrective actions.
- Provides quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
