Position/Function: Business Development Manager

Location: Chennai

Qualification: Degree / Diploma in Civil/Mech/Architect

Experience in Years: 5to 8Years of Experience

Industry Company: He Should have Worked in/ hands-on sales experience in Rolling shutters / industrial doors/metal doors/architectural metal works company.

Primary Requirements:

• Should have 2 -3yearsof experience in selling building products (Which involves supply & Installation) directly to the main contractors.
• He should be able to derive a sales strategy to develop the business.
• Must have sales skills and technical knowledge to make presentations and lead Client discussions to advance the sales process. 
• Generate new sales opportunities, networking and client/associate referrals. 
• Attend trade shows to represent the organization and engage in other marketing activities.
• He should have 4 -5 years of experience in developing new channel partner and achieve the sales target through them.
• Development and Nurturing of Referral Partners like architects, interior designers, developers, builders, contractors and consultants.
• Experience in coordinating with architects, main contractors and factory.
• He should be able to write emails, letters to main contractor for the queries.
• He should be willing to travel 2 3 weeks to other state to recruit the channel partners.
• Should have their own car/bike with driving license.
