Why we're hiring this role now

This is the first-ever Growth role at IPSY Mexico. Paid acquisition, CRM, and product growth have each delivered independently, but no one has owned the system end to end. As Mexico becomes the blueprint for LATAM expansion, the GM needs a single owner who can connect the three levers and run them as one engine.


What's in it for you

You would own the full growth engine at IPSY Mexico: paid, CRM, and product growth, under one mandate. You report directly to the General Manager and have full P&L visibility. You inherit a Paid Media Manager already in seat, a CRM Manager in progress, and a Product/UX/Research Copywriter and Analytics specialist on the team.

As Mexico becomes the LATAM blueprint, the role grows in scope and seniority alongside the regional expansion.

Paid, CRM, and product growth operate as a connected system with shared metrics and a shared roadmap. The team you lead is built out and performing, and Mexico has a documented playbook ready to apply to the next LATAM market.


What you'll do

  • Own the full growth engine for IPSY Mexico: paid acquisition, CRM/lifecycle, and product growth.
  • Manage the ~$3M paid budget end to end, with hands-on involvement in channel strategy and execution.
  • Lead and grow the team: Paid Media Manager, CRM Manager, Product/UX/Research Copywriter, and Analytics specialist.
  • Connect paid, CRM, and product growth into one coherent funnel, with shared metrics and a shared roadmap.
  • Partner with the US CRM team and other global counterparts to align on lifecycle strategy and tooling.
  • Build the LATAM blueprint so Mexico's growth model is repeatable in the next markets.
  • Operate as both strategist and operator — set the model, then get into the weeds when the numbers demand it.


You're probably a fit if you have

  • 9+ years in growth or performance marketing, with sustained ownership of outcomes.
  • Hands-on paid media at scale — you've personally run the levers, not just managed agencies.
  • CRM and lifecycle marketing experience across email, WhatsApp, and messaging.
  • A strong quantitative spine — you go from data to diagnosis to action, and can quote metric deltas from your own work.
  • Built or consolidated a growth function from scratch, not just maintained an existing one.
  • E-commerce, consumer tech, or subscription background.
  • Cross-functional influence — you've delivered outcomes without relying on direct authority.
  • Both strategic and hands-on operating modes — comfortable above the model and inside it.
  • Fully bilingual English and Spanish.
  • Based in Mexico, CDMX strongly preferred.

Nice to have

  • Beauty, lifestyle, or subscription category experience.
  • SQL, Tableau, or Databricks proficiency.
  • Hands-on with CRM platforms like Iterable, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
  • LATAM market experience beyond Mexico.
  • Rigorous A/B testing and experimentation discipline.


Team and reporting

Reports directly to the General Manager Mexico. Skip-level is the VP of Expansion. Direct reports: Paid Media Manager, Sr CRM Manager, Product/UX/Research Copywriter, and Analytics specialist. Daily collaboration with the US CRM team and other global counterparts.
