Inside Sales Associate
About the job Inside Sales Associate
The position will include outbound calling, as well as fielding inbound sales opportunities (telephone and website inquiries).
An ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude and the drive to be successful.
This is an on-premise position located in South Houston.
Responsibilities:
- Follow a standard sales process and generate new business daily
- Report activity on a daily/weekly basis to the Team Leader/Director of Sales
- Create and manage an organized call plan for daily sales activities
- Continue education and attend company-provided trainings
- Inbound and outbound calling
- Additional responsibilities and/or duties as assigned by the Director of Sales
Requirements:
- Minimum of two (2) years sales experience (inside/outside)
- Bachelor’s Degree or related inside sales experience
- B2B sales background
- Contract negotiation
- Identify services to best meet the customer needs
- Organizational skills for pipeline management, account management, and customer retention
- Must pass background check, pre-employment drug screen and reference check
Interpersonal Skills:
- Must be a self-starter who can work well independently and in a team environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Confident and responsible
Computer Software Skills:
- Microsoft suite
- Salesforce
