About the job Inside Sales Associate

The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for accepting inbound calls, prospecting, and closing new business for our client, a medical services company located in Houston.

The position will include outbound calling, as well as fielding inbound sales opportunities (telephone and website inquiries).

An ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude and the drive to be successful.

This is an on-premise position located in South Houston.


  • Follow a standard sales process and generate new business daily
  • Report activity on a daily/weekly basis to the Team Leader/Director of Sales
  • Create and manage an organized call plan for daily sales activities
  • Continue education and attend company-provided trainings
  • Inbound and outbound calling
  • Additional responsibilities and/or duties as assigned by the Director of Sales



  • Minimum of two (2) years sales experience (inside/outside)
  • Bachelor’s Degree or related inside sales experience
  • B2B sales background
  • Contract negotiation
  • Identify services to best meet the customer needs
  • Organizational skills for pipeline management, account management, and customer retention
  • Must pass background check, pre-employment drug screen and reference check
