About the job Business Development Manager (Hunter)
This is a hunter and
account management role. You will find
and manage your own accounts. There is
an unlimited commission in the role and an outstanding opportunity to join a
ground floor opportunity.
- Direct sales to obtain new clients
- Give demos to prospects via Zoom
- Account management of customers – making certain of success
- Negotiating, reviewing and executing Master Agreements with vendors and clients.
- Forming strategic partnerships with consultants
- Proven success in sales – preferably in recruiting and software
- Tenacity, organized, and driven to perform at a high level
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
- Great client management and conflict resolution skills
