This is a hunter and account management role.  You will find and manage your own accounts.  There is an unlimited commission in the role and an outstanding opportunity to join a ground floor opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct sales to obtain new clients
  • Give demos to prospects via Zoom
  • Account management of customers – making certain of success
  • Negotiating, reviewing and executing Master Agreements with vendors and clients.
  • Forming strategic partnerships with consultants 

Qualifications:

  •  Proven success in sales – preferably in recruiting and software
  • Tenacity, organized, and driven to perform at a high level
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Great client management and conflict resolution skills
  • Passionate about life, an optimist and someone who is trustworthy and takes personal responsibility
