Our client is a well-established Home Health and Hospice organization. They have a current opening for a Financial Controller. This position is based in the Phoenix, AZ area. Multi-site Medicare home health and / or hospice experience is preferred. Healthcare accounting and financial leadership experience are a must. We are looking for a hands-on, data-driven leader with a for profit background. This role in onsite.  Relocation candidates are welcome to apply!

Controller Job Requirements

  • Healthcare accounting and financial leadership experience.
  • Medicare Home Health knowledge is preferred.
  • CPA or Financial Bachelors Degree preferred.
  • Start-up and M&A experience are a plus.

Controller Job Responsibilities

  • Oversite of day-to-day operations of the accounting/finance department.
  • Develop, monitor, and interpret data and KPIs for financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership.
