I'm currently partnering with a leading Swiss MedTech company that's developing life-changing healthcare technology used by people around the world. Due to continued growth, they're looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Inhouse Consultant to join their team and take ownership of their global HCM landscape.

What You will Be Doing
Own, support and enhance the SAP SuccessFactors landscape across multiple HR modules, including:
- Employee Central
- Time Tracking
- Recruiting
- Performance & Goals
- Learning Management
- EC Payroll
Configure and customise SuccessFactors to meet evolving business needs
Work closely with HR stakeholders to analyse requirements and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
Manage integrations between SuccessFactors and surrounding systems including:
- SAP FI/CO
- SAP BTP / Integration Suite (CPI)
- Payroll systems
- Third-party HR applications
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Lead or contribute to SuccessFactors releases, upgrades, migrations and enhancement projects
Collaborate with international teams and external implementation partners
What We are Looking For
Experience configuring and customising SAP SuccessFactors
Strong knowledge of one or more modules such as:
- Employee Central
- Recruiting
- Payroll
- Learning
- Time Tracking
- Performance & Goals
Experience gathering business requirements and partnering closely with HR teams
Understanding of SAP BTP / Integration Suite (CPI) would be highly advantageous
Experience working with external vendors or implementation partners
Previous experience within MedTech, Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences or another regulated industry is beneficial
Business level German (to at least B2 level) and English language skills are mandatory requirements.
