We are supporting a globally recognised medical device organisation investing heavily in the digital transformation of its production and supply chain landscape.

The Role

In this position, you will take ownership of end-to-end transformation initiatives across manufacturing operations, working at the intersection of IT, engineering, and production.

You will play a key role in modernising factory environments and enabling more efficient, scalable, and intelligent processes across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and deliver complex digital transformation projects within manufacturing environments
Drive initiatives focused on automation, system integration, and smart factory capabilities
Oversee the implementation and evolution of core platforms such as ERP, MES, WMS, and quality systems
Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, operations, engineering, and business units
Manage multi-site and international rollouts of systems and solutions
Ensure successful delivery in line with scope, timelines, and budget
Identify risks early and manage dependencies across multiple project streams
Engage with senior stakeholders and ensure clear, structured communication
Operate within a regulated environment, ensuring compliance and quality standards are maintained

Your Background

10+ years of experience delivering projects in manufacturing and/or production environments
Strong exposure to digital manufacturing / shopfloor systems
Solid understanding of manufacturing IT landscapes (MES, ERP, WMS, QMS or similar)
Experience working in regulated industries such as MedTech, Pharma, or Life Sciences
Proven track record delivering complex, multi-site transformation programs
Familiarity with structured and/or agile project methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2, HERMES, Agile)
Degree in IT, Engineering, or a related discipline

German (C1 required)
English (B2+)
