Your Responsibilties
- Own and evolve production planning & execution processes within SAP PP
- Translate manufacturing and operational needs into robust SAP solutions
- Support and integrate shopfloor / MES-related systems and labelling solutions
- Act as a key contact for production, quality, and engineering teams
- Configure SAP, support testing activities, and contribute to validated system changes
- Ensure day-to-day application stability (incidents, changes, improvements)
- Coordinate external SAP service providers
- Participate in international SAP initiatives and rollout projects
What you bring
- At least 5 years of practical experience with SAP PP (customizing included)
- Background in industrial manufacturing, ideally within a regulated environment (medical devices, pharma, life sciences, etc.)
- Exposure to S/4HANA environments is a strong plus
- Experience around MES interfaces, production systems, or labelling tools
- Structured, calm, solution-oriented mindset
- Confident communicator across business & IT
- Fluent in English & a good command of German (to at least B2 level)
