Were looking for a Senior HR Operations & Systems Builder to architect the full HR operations backbone of a global AI scale‑up where teams move fast, build smart systems, and operate with high ownership. You will take ownership of designing clean, compliant, and scalable HR processes from the ground up — and turn early‑stage people operations into a world‑class infrastructure.

What You'll Build & Own

HR Core Processes

  • Design and standardize onboarding, offboarding, and full employee lifecycle workflows
  • Create templates, checklists, and documentation that bring clarity and consistency
  • Establish SOPs for all HR operations topics

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure labor law compliance across multiple countries
  • Maintain audit‑ready personnel files and documentation
  • Support internal controls and compliance reviews

HR Systems & Infrastructure

  • Define the future HR systems architecture
  • Evaluate and implement HRIS and related tools
  • Build scalable processes that support digitalization and automation

What You Bring

  • 5+ years in HR Operations / People Operations, ideally in startups or scale‑ups
  • A builder mindset — comfortable starting from a blank page
  • Strong process thinking, structure, and attention to detail
  • Experience creating SOPs, templates, and operational standards
  • Hands‑on experience with HRIS implementation or tool evaluation
