Group Accountant

TalentCloud Group is partnering with a dynamic and fast-growing boutique financial services firm with deep roots in the tech sector to find an experienced Accounting Manager. Based at the companys headquarters in the Vaduz region, this is a high-impact role for a seasoned finance professional who thrives in an international, fast-paced environment.

Your Role

You will take ownership of key financial reporting functions across several legal entities operating in multiple jurisdictions. This position is central to maintaining robust compliance and accurate reporting standards while supporting the companys global operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of statutory financial statements for multiple local and international entities
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with IFRS for SMEs and other standards
• Support the group consolidation process and financial planning cycles
• Act as a primary contact for finance-related queries across group entities
• Collaborate with local finance teams, external partners, and key internal stakeholders
• Identify and escalate financial risks or irregularities to senior leadership
• Travel occasionally to support international finance alignment and integration

Your Profile

• 10+ years of relevant accounting experience, ideally in a multinational corporate setting
• Strong knowledge of IFRS for SMEs; familiarity with Swiss GAAP is a plus
• Skilled in interpreting complex financial statements and data
• Experience with ERP systems ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable in multicultural teams
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); other languages are an asset
