We specialize in delivering top talent across technology, finance, and life sciences, and were now offering select Associate opportunities for ambitious individuals who want to scale their own desk with the support of a team behind them.
From initial client contact to final candidate interview, you will own all contact with a client to ensure a consistent quality and clarity of recruitment service.
You will be supported with state of the art recruiting tools and a collaborative team which will support you at every stage of the journey.
You will build and own a recruitment desk and will retain up to 70% of Net Profit from your billable recruiting results with the admin burden being taken from you, so you can grow your business even faster.
This is not traditional employment. Its a unique opportunity for entrepreneurial recruiters to build and own a high-performing client portfolio across the Swiss market, with the backing of a proven brand and team.
What You will Do as a TalentCloud Group Recruitment Associate
Operate as a Associate under the TalentCloud Recruitment brand, focusing on client acquisition and delivery. You will be the face of your business, supported by our infrastructure so you can focus on what matters: winning clients and making placements.
- Build and manage your own portfolio of clients across the Swiss market
- Identify and drive new business opportunities in your chosen vertical (Tech, Finance, or Life Sciences)
- Deliver high-quality 360 degree recruitment solutions from sourcing to placement
- Cultivate long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
- Collaborate regularly with our leadership team
- Run your desk independently but never alone

What You Bring
This opportunity is for experienced recruiters ready to lead their own book of business and win in the Swiss market.
- Ideally you have 2-3+ years experience in agency or 360 recruitment
- Strong track record in client development and delivery
- Ability to operate independently and manage your own pipeline
- Entrepreneurial mindset youre self-motivated, proactive, and commercially driven
- Knowledge of the Swiss market (or a clear plan to break into it)
