What You will Be Doing

As a key member of the Microsoft Applications team, you will:

Gather, analyse and translate business requirements into technical solutions

Design, develop and enhance applications across the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem

Configure and customise Dynamics 365 solutions

Develop solutions using:

• Dynamics 365
• Dataverse
• Power Automate
• Business Process Flows
• Canvas Apps
• Model-Driven Apps
• Power Pages

Provide technical guidance and consult stakeholders on new business requirements

Support platform administration, user management, and application lifecycle activities

Participate in enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives

Take ownership of work packages and contribute to project delivery from concept through implementation

What We are Looking For

Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365

Solid expertise across the Microsoft Power Platform

Experience developing and configuring business applications

Familiarity with Microsoft Azure

Strong problem-solving skills and a structured approach to delivery

Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Professional proficiency in both German and English
