A fast‑growing software company in the secure networking space is looking for a Head of Growth to build and scale its go‑to‑market engine. The company develops an open‑source, zero‑trust networking platform used by thousands of teams worldwide — from homelab users to enterprise IT and security departments. Their mission is simple: make advanced network security accessible to every modern organisation.
This is a senior, hands‑on leadership role for someone who understands how technical users adopt software and how companies buy security infrastructure.
What You Will Do
You will own the full growth lifecycle — from acquisition to expansion — and build the systems that drive the next stage of scale.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning the full growth funnel: acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, expansion
- Building and leading the growth function across marketing, lifecycle, revenue operations, and partnerships
- Designing and executing a product‑led growth motion that converts open‑source and self‑serve users into paying customers
- Developing the demand engine across SEO, content, community, lifecycle, and partner channels
- Running experiments, defining growth metrics, and turning insights into scalable systems
- Working closely with Product and Engineering to optimise onboarding, activation, and monetisation
- Owning the growth tech stack (CRM, analytics, attribution, automation)
- Hiring and leading a high‑leverage growth team as the organisation scales
What We are Looking For
A growth leader who knows how to scale technical products and understands the mindset of DevOps, IT, and security buyers.
Must‑Haves
- 3+ years in growth, marketing, or revenue leadership within B2B SaaS, developer tools, or security infrastructure
- Proven success scaling self‑serve, PLG, or community‑driven products
- Strong command of growth metrics, funnels, attribution, and experimentation
- Experience selling or marketing to DevOps, IT, or security teams
- Experience building and managing cross‑functional growth teams
- Familiarity with modern growth stacks (HubSpot, Segment, Amplitude, PostHog, etc.)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Nice‑to‑Haves
- Experience in open‑source ecosystems
- Background in cybersecurity, networking, or infrastructure tools
- Experience scaling through Series A and beyond
