Job Title: HR Executive

Talent Corner HR Services is a leading recruitment and staffing company in India. We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled HR Executive to join our team in Rajkot, Gujarat. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for handling various HR activities including recruitment, sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding, exit formalities, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment: Source and attract top talent for various positions within the organization through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.

2. Screening and Shortlisting: Review resumes and applications to identify the most suitable candidates for open positions. Conduct initial screening and shortlisting of candidates based on job requirements.

3. Interviewing: Schedule and conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates. Evaluate candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.

4. Onboarding: Coordinate with the hiring manager to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees. Conduct orientation sessions and assist in completing all onboarding formalities.

5. Exit Formalities: Conduct exit interviews and assist in completing all formalities for employees leaving the organization.

6. Employee Engagement: Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work culture and boost employee morale.

7. HR Administration: Maintain employee records, update HR databases, and handle all HR-related paperwork.

8. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field.

2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in recruitment and employee engagement.

3. Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and techniques.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

6. Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.

7. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.

8. Proactive and result-oriented.
