Job Title: Lider de Produção

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team, providing guidance, coaching, and continuous feedback to support employee development
• Prepare, organize, and maintain administrative reports related to the area
• Oversee production line operations to ensure targets are met in alignment with established KPIs
• Identify issues, implement action plans, and monitor results to drive continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards across all operations
• Train and guide employees on assembly procedures and work instructions

Requirements

• High School Diploma (required)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of quality tools and problem-solving methodologies (e.g., Pareto Analysis, 5 Whys, etc.)
• Experience in people management and conflict resolution
• Availability to work onsite in Barueri, Monday through Saturday, second shift (2:00 PM – 10:22 PM)
