AI Engineer

Role Overview

This role focuses on designing and delivering Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions, supporting data-driven initiatives and enabling advanced analytics across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate intelligent solutions into existing systems.


Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI and Machine Learning solutions;
• Build data models and algorithms to support analytics and automation initiatives;
• Work with large datasets, data pipelines, and data processing environments;
• Collaborate with software, data, and product teams to integrate AI capabilities into platforms;
• Develop predictive models, analytical tools, and automation workflows;
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of data architecture and infrastructure for AI and analytics use cases;
• Monitor and improve the performance of machine learning models;
• Document technical implementations, processes, and solutions;
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies in AI, Machine Learning, and Data Engineering;
• Engage with both internal teams and national/international clients.
  

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field;
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or similar;
• Familiarity with Machine Learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, PyTorch);
• Experience in data analysis, data processing, and working with databases (SQL, NoSQL);
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is considered a plus;
• Experience with data engineering, data pipelines, or big data technologies is an advantage;
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities;
• Ability to work effectively in dynamic, fast-paced environments;
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively;
• Fluency in English.
