Job Opportunity: Production Supervisor (2nd Shift)

Our client, a leading company in its sector, is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Production Supervisor to lead their afternoon/evening operations at the Barueri plant. If you have a passion for continuous improvement and team development, this is the role for you.

Core Responsibilities

• Production Oversight: Supervise all production activities to ensure targets are met within safety, quality, quantity, cost, and deadline standards.

• Operational Excellence: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and critically analyze daily results to implement immediate corrective actions and long-term improvements.

• Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of excellence using Lean, 5S, and Kaizen tools.

• People Management: Lead and develop the team, managing schedules, attendance, and conflict resolution while fostering professional growth.

• Safety & Quality: Ensure strict compliance with safety procedures to maintain a secure environment. Apply quality tools such as Pareto and the 5 Whys for effective problem-solving.

• New Projects: Actively participate in the introduction of new products into the production line.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Completed Higher Education (University or Technology degree).

• Experience: Proven background in mass production/serial manufacturing lines.

• Leadership: Strong experience in people management and conflict resolution.

• Technical Skills: * Solid knowledge of production indicators and continuous improvement tools.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Power BI.
  • Expertise in quality tools and root-cause analysis methods.

• Languages: Intermediate English level.

• Availability: Must be able to work in Barueri, Monday to Saturday, from 2:00 PM to 10:22 PM (2nd Shift).
