About the Role
This role is designed to take over strategy execution from the founders, helping scale client onboarding and ongoing strategy refreshes. Over time, the position will evolve into a client-facing sales function, building strong relationships and contributing to revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead client onboarding strategy exercises (site architecture, page mapping, keyword research) within the first 5 business days of engagement.
  • Conduct monthly strategy refreshes for existing clients, analyzing performance data, identifying new opportunities, and optimizing campaigns.
  • Use internal tooling, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and AI-powered workflows to develop actionable SEO strategies.
  • Apply strong critical thinking to validate AI/tooling outputs and provide informed recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the founders on initial strategy reviews, transitioning to independent execution over time.
  • Prepare and present clear, client-ready strategy updates.
  • Contribute to building internal processes and documentation to support scale and reduce dependency on any one individual.
  • Grow into a client-facing sales role, managing relationships and driving conversions through consultative discussions.

Role Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in SEO strategy, content optimization, or digital marketing (agency or in-house).
  • Proficiency with Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and other SEO/analytics platforms.
  • Strong analytical and research skills; ability to validate and refine AI-driven insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results on time.
  • Hands-on, adaptable, and eager to learn; not rigidly tied to one way of working.
  • Bonus: experience running or experimenting with personal websites/SEO projects.
