Position Overview:

They’re hiring a Founding Full-Stack Engineer to work directly with the founders and play a key role in scaling the core product.

You’ll help evolve the platform, contribute to architectural decisions, and operate as a high-ownership individual contributor in a fast-moving startup.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building, taking ownership, and growing with a company from an early stage.

Responsibilities:

• Building and scaling core product features across frontend and backend

• Improving architecture, performance, and scalability

• Integrating with external partners and APIs

• Collaborating directly with founders on technical decisions

• Helping bring structure and best practices to the engineering function

What They’re Looking For

• 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience

• Strong experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React preferred)

• Experience working in startup or fast-paced product environments

• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work autonomously

• Professional English and fluent Spanish
