About the Role

• Build and maintain automated test coverage across UI, API, and end‑to‑end flows
• Develop and scale test automation using Playwright (TypeScript) or similar frameworks
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support fast and reliable releases
• Use AI tools to accelerate test creation, debugging, and regression analysis
• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Product to embed quality early in the lifecycle
• Perform targeted exploratory testing where automation is not yet feasible
• Analyze test results and production issues to continuously improve test effectiveness
• Support test case management and traceability through tools like TestRail or similar
• Contribute to improving QA workflows, tooling, and overall efficiency

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of QA Engineering experience with strong focus on automation
• Hands‑on experience with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar frameworks
• Experience testing across API, UI, and end‑to‑end scenarios
• Familiarity with CI/CD environments and integrating automated tests into pipelines
• Practical experience using AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to improve QA workflows
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across distributed teams
• Advanced English communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with TypeScript
• Exposure to observability tools (e.g., Datadog)
• Familiarity with product analytics tools (e.g., FullStory)
• Experience with risk‑based testing or test optimization techniques
• Experience working in remote, globally distributed teams
