About the Role
- Build and maintain automated test coverage across UI, API, and end‑to‑end flows
- Develop and scale test automation using Playwright (TypeScript) or similar frameworks
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support fast and reliable releases
- Use AI tools to accelerate test creation, debugging, and regression analysis
- Collaborate closely with Engineering and Product to embed quality early in the lifecycle
- Perform targeted exploratory testing where automation is not yet feasible
- Analyze test results and production issues to continuously improve test effectiveness
- Support test case management and traceability through tools like TestRail or similar
- Contribute to improving QA workflows, tooling, and overall efficiency
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of QA Engineering experience with strong focus on automation
- Hands‑on experience with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar frameworks
- Experience testing across API, UI, and end‑to‑end scenarios
- Familiarity with CI/CD environments and integrating automated tests into pipelines
- Practical experience using AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to improve QA workflows
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across distributed teams
- Advanced English communication skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with TypeScript
- Exposure to observability tools (e.g., Datadog)
- Familiarity with product analytics tools (e.g., FullStory)
- Experience with risk‑based testing or test optimization techniques
- Experience working in remote, globally distributed teams
