About the Role
We are seeking a PPC Manager to join a fast-growing paid ads agency focused on B2B lead generation. This is a technical implementation role where precision, accountability, and ownership matter most.

We are prioritizing candidates who demonstrate strong QA habits, structured thinking, and a mindset of owning results rather than shifting blame. Hard skills can be trained—but reliability, work ethic, and detail orientation cannot.

You'll be responsible for executing and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and social platforms, ensuring tracking integrity, and maintaining clean account structures. This role is not primarily client-facing, but your work directly impacts trust and performance.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years hands-on paid media experience (Google Ads required; LinkedIn preferred)
  • Experience with Meta, Reddit, or X Ads
  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS or high-ticket lead generation accounts
  • Advanced tracking setups (CAPI, server-side, offline conversions, signal diagnostics)
  • Strong QA discipline and zero-mistake habits
  • Analytical reasoning and structured problem-solving
  • Ownership mentality and proactive communication
  • Curiosity about AI, automation, and new tools
