About the Role
We are seeking a Design System Specialist – Figma to build and maintain scalable, structured design systems. This is a part-time role that will transition into full-time within 3 months. The role focuses on systems, components, and structure—not marketing graphics.

Responsibilities

• Build and organize scalable design systems in Figma.
• Create components, variants, tokens, styles, and auto-layout structures.
• Improve consistency and usability of existing design files.
• Create reusable component libraries.
• Ensure clean, structured, professional Figma organization.
• Support product and design workflows through scalable systems.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional Figma experience.
• Strong experience building full design systems from scratch.
• Expert-level Figma skills: components, variants, auto layout, tokens.
• Extremely high attention to detail.
• Experience supporting product or engineering teams is a plus.
• UI/UX background is a plus.
• Web3 experience not required.
