Customer Success Manager (Google Ads) 

Type: Full-time contractor role
Location: Remote – Must be based in LATAM and available during US business hours

A US-based digital agency is hiring a Customer Success Manager to lead client communication, reporting, and strategy for Google Ads accounts. This role is perfect for someone with strong PPC experience who enjoys working directly with clients and solving problems—not just running campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the main contact for 20+ Google Ads accounts
  • Build strong relationships with clients through clear and friendly communication
  • Review campaign results (CPA, ROAS, CTR) and explain them in simple terms
  • Work with the Ads team to fix issues and find ways to grow accounts
  • Send weekly and monthly reports that clients can easily understand
  • Help with onboarding, campaign checks, and keeping SOPs updated
  • Coordinate tasks across teams to keep everything running smoothly

Project Oversight:

  • Check campaign setups and conversion tracking
  • Spot problems early and suggest solutions
  • Help teams work together to solve client challenges

What You Need:

  • 3+ years in client success or account management (digital agency experience is a plus)
  • Strong Google Ads knowledge (hands-on experience required)
  • Excellent English (spoken and written)
  • Confident in leading live client meetings
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple accounts
  • Available during US business hours (EST or PST overlap)

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with Meta Ads or Local Service Ads
  • Familiar with Slack, Notion, Google Workspace, Loom, Missive
  • Background in PPC or Google Ads campaign management

Pay range: Up to $3,000/month based on qualification
