We are hiring for a fast-growing consumer goods company that specializes in premium dog treat brands and custom-branded consumable souvenirs for hotels, coffee shops, boutique retailers, and destination businesses across the US.

About the Role

This is a full-cycle sales and client success role. You will receive warm inbound leads, convert them into accounts, and manage those relationships long-term—driving reorders, upsells, and referrals. You'll also have the freedom to prospect independently.

Responsibilities

  • Work a pipeline of warm inbound leads, qualify prospects, and close deals.
  • Conduct discovery calls, send proposals, handle objections, and onboard new clients with clear expectations around order minimums, timelines, and product options.
  • Own client relationships once accounts are live—proactively reach out ahead of reorder windows, identify upsell opportunities, and maintain account health.
  • Prospect independently for cold leads, particularly gift and souvenir shops, coffee shops, and destination retailers.
  • Keep CRM updated and share regular feedback with founders on lead quality and market signals.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or client success.
  • Proven track record of closing inbound leads and managing accounts.
  • Self-starter, comfortable owning a full sales cycle without hand-holding.
  • Strong organizational skills and CRM fluency (Airtable, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Excellent communication skills for daily client interactions via phone, video calls, and email.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on growth and opportunity.
