We are seeking a motivated Multifamily Marketing Coordinator to support a growing property management portfolio. About the Role
The Multifamily Marketing Coordinator will execute day-to-day marketing initiatives across a diverse portfolio. Working closely with leasing, property management, and external vendors, you'll ensure campaigns, listings, and creative assets are delivered on time, on brand, and on strategy. Attention to detail, proactive communication, and a data-driven mindset are key to success.

Responsibilities

  • Execute property transition marketing workflows: intake, ILS listings setup, digital asset transfers, and launch plan delivery
  • Maintain and update property listings across ILS platforms (Zillow, Apartments.com, CoStar) with accuracy and brand consistency
  • Support paid media campaigns including setup, monitoring, and vendor coordination across Google Ads, Meta, and other channels
  • Coordinate website updates and property landing page changes with marketing leadership and agency partners
  • Develop and maintain per-property marketing plans, updating as market conditions change
  • Manage vendor relationships for photography, print, signage, and digital assets
  • Maintain organized digital asset libraries (photos, floorplans, logos, approved copy)
  • Track ILS agreement renewals and coordinate billing and budget documentation
  • Manage projects using Monday.com, ensuring deadlines and cross-functional handoffs are tracked
  • Support ad hoc marketing requests including flyers, email campaigns, and event materials

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 2–4 years of professional marketing experience (real estate/multifamily/property management a strong plus)
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Canva, Monday.com, and HubSpot preferred
  • Working knowledge of ILS platforms (Zillow, Apartments.com, CoStar) preferred
  • Familiarity with paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console)
  • Strong written communication skills with an eye for brand consistency
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple properties and deadlines
  • Self-starter who operates proactively and follows through without close oversight
