Role Overview

As a Network Engineer, you will take a hands-on role in designing, implementing, and enhancing network infrastructures for a diverse set of enterprise clients. You will collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure network solutions are robust, efficient, and secure, balancing strategic planning with practical execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Architecture

  • Create high- and low-level network designs across LAN, WAN, wireless, SASE, and cloud environments.
  • Establish standards, best practices, and guidelines for multi-vendor network deployments.
  • Develop network segmentation strategies incorporating Zero Trust principles for enhanced security.

Implementation and Deployment

  • Lead deployments and infrastructure migrations, covering firewalls, switches, access points, and cloud connectivity.
  • Conduct configuration validation and testing to ensure network solutions meet security and performance objectives.

Client Collaboration

  • Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through network design and transformation initiatives.
  • Define roadmaps for network evolution aligned with organizational goals.
  • Provide documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to client teams.

Continuous Improvement and Innovation

  • Keep abreast of emerging networking technologies and assess their applicability to client environments.
  • Partner with internal teams to optimize delivery processes and enhance service offerings.

Requirements:

Essential

  • Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level network solutions.
  • Strong expertise in at least two of the following:

    • Aruba Networks (ClearPass, Aruba Central, Mobility Controllers)
    • Palo Alto Networks (NGFW, Panorama, Prisma Access)

    • Fortinet (FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer)

  • Deep knowledge of routing, switching, wireless technologies, VPNs, and network security policies.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Desirable

  • Relevant network certifications (e.g., PCNSE, NSE, Aruba Certified Design Professional).
  • Experience integrating networks with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
  • Familiarity with automation tools such as Ansible or Terraform.
  • Understanding of Zero Trust network principles and frameworks.
