About the Role
As Coordinator, Advertising Operations, you will be the engine behind how the advertising business runs. You'll own the day-to-day execution of campaigns, keep clients informed, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks between commercial, product, and data teams. This is a ground-floor opportunity at a company building something genuinely new in the music and media industry.
Key Responsibilities
· Campaign Operations: Manage the end-to-end execution of advertising campaigns - from setup and trafficking to monitoring, optimization, and wrap reports
· Client Coordination: Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for advertising clients. Keep communication clear, timely, and professional
· Reporting & Analytics: Pull and interpret campaign performance data. Flag issues, surface insights, and translate numbers into actionable recommendations for clients and internal teams
· Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and data teams to make sure campaigns are set up correctly and delivered on time
· Market Awareness: Stay current on the digital advertising landscape - platforms, formats, trends, and what's resonating in the region
· Process Improvement: Help build and refine the operational playbooks that will scale as the business grows
Role Requirements
· 1-3 years of experience in advertising operations, media, or a related field
· Fluency in English
· Technical proficiency in various ad platforms and building campaigns
· Working knowledge of digital advertising formats and metrics (CPM, CPC, CTR, etc.)
· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
· Familiarity with ad trafficking tools or campaign management platforms
· Based in LATAM
