Job Opportunity: Ivanti Specialist (ITSM / ITAM) — 100% Remote

Are you an expert in service management looking to work in a high-impact international environment? We are looking for a bilingual Ivanti Specialist with deep expertise in ITSM, ITAM, and workflow automation to join a dynamic global team.

The Role

In this position, you will be the technical lead for designing, configuring, and optimizing the Ivanti Neurons platform. You will work closely with international stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions, driving automation and ensuring ITIL best practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Platform Management: Design, configure, and maintain the Ivanti Neurons ITSM/ITAM platform.
• Workflow Automation: Develop and enhance complex workflows through system integrations and automation to improve operational efficiency.
• ITIL Implementation: Administer and optimize core processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management.
• Integrations & Security: Manage integrations between Ivanti and other enterprise systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors). Administer platform security, roles, and permissions.
• Deployment & Support: Support deployments across staging and production environments, maintaining strict version control and documentation.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for system optimization and provide high-level technical support for platform-related issues.

Required Experience

• Experience: 3+ years in IT Service Management (ITSM) and Endpoint Management (EPM).
• Ivanti Expertise: 2+ years of hands-on experience specifically with Ivanti Neurons.
• Automation: 3+ years of experience in workflow automation and IT process optimization.
• Languages: Bilingual English and Spanish (Mandatory). You must be comfortable communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders in both languages.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong understanding of CMDB and ITIL frameworks.
• Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and user profile management.
• Plus: Previous experience integrating Ivanti with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Analytical mindset with strong root cause analysis skills.
