Microsoft 365 Developer Sr.

About the Role We are seeking a seasoned IT Professional with over 5 years of experience to design, develop, and implement custom collaboration solutions using Microsoft technologies. In this role, you will leverage SPFx, the Power Platform, and O365 tools to build high-impact user interfaces, automate business processes, and support enterprise migrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture & Development: Design, build, and deploy custom solutions using SPFx, Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online.
• UI/UX Customization: Create seamless, intuitive user interfaces tailored for MS Teams, SharePoint Online, and integrated O365 tools.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues across SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, MS Forms, and PowerShell automation scripts.
• Migration & Administration: Execute seamless data and site migrations using tools like ShareGate, managing site permissions and security configurations.
• Documentation & Strategy: Produce comprehensive technical design documents and process diagrams; recommend out-of-the-box (OOTB) feature implementations where appropriate to maximize efficiency.
• Agile Collaboration: Work within Agile and Waterfall project environments to deliver technical modules on schedule.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on software development experience within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Core Tech Stack: Advanced proficiency in SPFx, Power Automate, Power Apps, REST APIs, JSON Formatting, and PowerShell scripting.
• Tools & Utilities: Proven experience with migration tools (ShareGate preferred) and standard O365 collaboration features.
• Methodologies: Solid understanding of both Agile and Waterfall project frameworks.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving mindset, and effective documentation skills.
• Language: Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.

Position Details

• Schedule: California Time Zone / PST Business Hours.
• Compensation: Up to $3,000 USD / month (Contractor / Remote).
