About the Role
We're hiring a Video Content & Social Media Manager to own and scale the content repurposing and distribution engine. This is not a traditional video editor role—you'll combine editing, high-volume execution, and performance thinking to turn long-form content into consistent, high-impact social output.
Responsibilities
· Edit and repurpose long-form content (podcasts, workshops, recorded calls) into short-form video clips optimized for social
· Extract high-quality moments from a large backlog of content and continuously identify new material to reuse
· Publish high volumes of content daily across LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and X
· Adapt content per platform (format, hooks, captions, length) while maintaining consistency and speed
· Manage posting cadence, scheduling, and day-to-day execution of the content pipeline
· Track performance with a focus on engagement quality (comments, conversations) and growth over time
· Identify what content performs best and continuously adjust what to scale, improve, or stop
· Support editing of new podcast and YouTube content when needed
Requirements
· 2+ years of experience in video editing, content production, or social media content
· Strong proficiency with tools such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar
· Experience creating short-form content for social platforms
· Understanding of how content performs across different channels
· Ability to handle high-volume, repetitive workflows with consistency
· Strong organization, ownership, and ability to work independently in a remote setup
Nice to Have
· Experience in B2B, marketing, or agency environments
· Experience managing multi-platform content distribution
· Familiarity with analytics or performance tracking
· Exposure to content-led growth or inbound strategies
