Joining our clients team means stepping into a 15,000 m² state-of-the-art production hub in Córdoba. This role is the strategic engine behind their leading truck and bus lines. We are looking for a visionary leader to steer regional commercial, marketing, and after-sales strategies, ensuring that growth in the Argentinian market is both profitable and customer-centric for this top-tier automotive manufacturer.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and monitor comprehensive Marketing, Commercial, and Product strategies aligned with the global Business Plan and market cycles.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the execution of coverage plans to ensure a profitable operation and the achievement of rigorous KPIs.
- After-Sales & Customer Loyalty: Drive an After-Sales strategy that prioritizes customer satisfaction and long-term retention based on global standards.
- Brand Growth: Spearhead communicational campaigns and promotional events to solidify the brands market presence and competitive edge.
- Team & Culture: Lead and develop a high-performing team while championing a "Product Compliance" culture, ensuring all processes meet rigorous international standards.
- Consultative Partnership: Act as a key advisor to internal stakeholders and cooperating organizations, sharing expertise to optimize regional performance.
Decision-Making Authority
This position holds significant autonomy and is responsible for:
- Setting annual and monthly Commercial and After-Sales targets.
- Defining marketing budgets and communication programs.
- Directing product development, market introduction, and distribution channel strategies.
- Approving strategic investments within the regional scope of responsibility.
Requirements
- Regional Mobility: Willingness to travel is required to support territorial reach (frequency to be determined by business needs).
- Industry Expertise: Proven track record in the automotive or heavy machinery sector, specifically within Sales, Marketing, or After-Sales.
- Compliance-Minded: Strong commitment to product standards and regulatory guidelines.
- Leadership: Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and navigating complex corporate environments.
