About the Role
You'll join a small, elite team of demand generation professionals and own the growth of a high‑performing website. This role is ideal for someone detail‑oriented, passionate about SEO best practices, and eager to drive aggressive growth through content creation, technical optimization, and keyword strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the keyword strategy, including traditional search, featured snippets, and AI‑driven search surfaces (SGE, Perplexity, ChatGPT citations)
  • Create and maintain competitive strategy
  • Use digital tools to identify search trends and key phrases
  • Maintain editorial calendars
  • Create, edit, and optimize content to improve organic rankings and AI‑generated answer visibility
  • Publish new content and refresh existing content
  • Optimize blogs and landing pages with SEO principles (internal linking, metadata, schema)
  • Weekly reporting on KPIs, monitoring competitors, ensuring SEO/SMO strategies are implemented
  • Identify CRO opportunities within existing content

Requirements

  • 3–5 years experience as an On‑Page SEO Specialist
  • Expert knowledge of SEO and Analytics
  • Expert knowledge of Webflow and/or WordPress
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JSON
  • Knowledge of Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Search Console
  • Proficiency with Copyscape or Surfer SEO
  • Experience in the legal vertical
  • SEO Certifications (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Gotch Academy)
  • Experience with Market Muse, Clearscope, etc.
