About the Role We're seeking an Account Manager / Marketing Project Manager to facilitate clear communication between clients and delivery teams, ensuring projects run smoothly and expectations are met.

Responsibilities

• Provide clients with regular communication, including project status updates
• Facilitate communication of critical information between clients and internal team
• Daily management of ClickUp projects and deadlines
• Translate client requests and campaign updates into actionable next steps
• Maintain working understanding of ABM, campaign execution, content, email, paid/social, and marketing terminology
• Other responsibilities and duties as assigned
  

Requirements

• 5 years' experience in account management
• Proven ability to manage project-based client relationships
• Ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Technological proficiency: Slack, ClickUp
