About the Role
We are seeking a Graphic Designer – Digital Brand to join our clients creative team. This is a part-time role that will transition into full-time within 3 months. The position is key to evolving their visual identity as they expand beyond a crypto-native audience into a broader, mainstream digital brand.

Responsibilities

  • Design high-quality graphics, illustrations, and marketing assets for blog content, product launches, social media, and digital campaigns.
  • Evolve and maintain the design system in Figma, including components, variants, tokens, and documentation.
  • Create scalable templates and reusable components for marketing and product-related assets.
  • Translate complex product or technical concepts into clean, accessible visual narratives.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Contribute to brand refinement initiatives as they position for a broader Web2 audience.
  • Produce motion graphics and short-form animations when required.
  • Ensure all assets meet high standards of usability, hierarchy, and visual clarity.
  • Support UI-related branding needs when required (landing pages, product visuals, etc.).

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer or Visual Designer in tech, SaaS, fintech, or high-growth digital companies.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating modern, Web2-oriented digital branding (clean layouts, strong typography, scalable systems).
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, including building and maintaining full design systems.
  • Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).
  • Proven experience designing digital marketing assets across multiple channels.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout systems, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency.
  • Motion graphics experience is a plus.
  • Experience designing for Web3/blockchain products is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
