TalentCross partners with US‑based clients to connect them with top talent across LATAM. We are currently hiring for a Client Strategy Manager (SEO / AI Search) to join a fast‑scaling digital marketing agency.

About the Role
This role is designed to take over strategy execution from the founders, helping scale client onboarding and ongoing strategy refreshes. You'll work closely with clients from the start, acting as a strategic partner and contributing to account growth through consultative discussions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic direction of client onboarding (site architecture, page mapping, keyword research) and guide implementation plans within the first 5 business days of engagement.
  • Conduct monthly strategy refreshes for existing clients, analyzing performance data, identifying new opportunities, and optimizing campaigns.
  • Use internal tooling, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and AI‑powered workflows to develop actionable SEO strategies.
  • Apply strong critical thinking to validate AI/tooling outputs and provide informed recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the founders on initial strategy reviews, transitioning to independent execution over time.
  • Own the strategic roadmap for assigned client accounts and act as the primary strategic point of contact.
  • Lead client strategy discussions and translate insights into clear growth initiatives.
  • Prepare and lead client strategy presentations, translating performance insights into clear strategic recommendations.
  • Contribute to building internal processes and documentation to support scale and reduce dependency on any one individual.
  • Grow into a client‑facing sales role, managing relationships and driving conversions through consultative discussions.
  • Identify opportunities to expand client engagements through strategic recommendations and consultative discussions.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in SEO strategy, organic growth, or digital marketing, ideally within an agency environment and with direct client interaction.
  • Proficiency with Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and other SEO/analytics platforms.
  • Strong analytical and research skills; ability to validate and refine AI‑driven insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results on time.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Hands‑on, adaptable, and eager to learn; not rigidly tied to one way of working.
  • Bonus: experience running or experimenting with personal websites/SEO projects.
