What You'll Do

• Pour, rake, and screed concrete for slabs, sidewalks, and walls

• Use hand and power trowels for smooth, broom, or textured finishes

• Set forms, place reinforcement, and install expansion joints

• Apply curing agents and sealers as needed

• Check elevation and slope using lasers or levels

• Maintain clean tools and work safely at all times

What You Need

• 2+ years of concrete finishing (flatwork or vertical)

• Able to interpret basic drawings, grades, and level specs

• Familiar with formwork, rebar, and site prep

• Own PPE: hard hat, steel-toe boots, safety glasses, gloves

• Reliable, punctual, and ready for early starts and pour days

Pay & Hours

• Starting at $30/hour (more for experienced finishers and lead hands)

• Full-time day shifts, with frequent overtime and weekend pours
