Store Sales Representative

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a top notch Sales Representative to join their retail team in Mississauga.

Our client is a trusted partner in Canada's telecom industry with locations at Glen Erin and Platinum Drive. They are looking for someone with a minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably with TELUS, Koodo, Rogers, or Bell.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Promote and sell mobile plans, internet packages, and home security services
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
• Make outbound calls for follow-ups, retention, and promotions
• Provide excellent customer service in-store and over the phone
• Stay up to date on the latest products, plans, and offers
• Maintain a clean and organized retail environment

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of sales or retail experience, TELUS experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible retail hours including weekends
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
