About the job Bell Services Manager
We are hiring a Bell Services Manager to oversee and manage all Bell-related operations across our stores. This role involves coordinating with the (NCS) team, resolving internal/external issues, and ensuring smooth execution of all Bell services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all escalations, issues, and queries related to Bell, Virgin, and Lucky services across all branches.
- Act as the main point of contact between our stores and Bell/NCS teams.
- Monitor SIM activations, plan changes, top-ups, and customer complaints.
- Ensure proper training and compliance in Bell-related procedures at all store locations.
- Keep records of daily Bell-related tasks and performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecom services, preferably with Bell/Virgin/Lucky.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Must be tech-savvy and detail-oriented.
- Ability to manage tasks across multiple locations.
