Job Summary:

A well-established and top-tier private medical center in Jeddah is currently seeking compassionate and skilled Assistant Nurses to join its dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidates will play a key role in supporting nursing and medical staff in delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist registered nurses in daily patient care such as hygiene, feeding, mobility, and comfort.
• Measure and record vital signs; report any changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
• Support clinical procedures by preparing rooms, equipment, and patients.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure patient confidentiality.
• Provide emotional and physical support to patients and their families.
• Adhere to hospital policies, hygiene standards, and safety protocols.
• Assist in transporting patients as required across hospital units.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Nursing Assistance or relevant healthcare training.
• Experience in a hospital or healthcare facility is preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• A caring and team-oriented attitude.

Working Conditions:

• Rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Fast-paced environment with direct patient interaction.
