Talent Diamond, a Canadian-based HR consulting firm, is offering a hands-on Recruitment Consultant Career Launch Program. This is a structured training and practicum opportunity designed to help aspiring professionals learn recruitment from the ground up and step directly into the workforce.

Participants will gain practical, global-level recruitment skills inspired by the hiring strategies of leading companies including Amazon, Tesla, Google, Deloitte, SAP, and Oracle. The program includes live instruction, job-based simulations, and the opportunity to work with real clients and assignments under the Talent Diamond brand.

What You Will Learn:

• Recruitment workflows inspired by top employers like Amazon and Tesla

• Structured interview and screening strategies used by Google and Deloitte

• Practical use of cloud-based applicant tracking systems similar to SAP and Oracle

• How to write job ads, source talent, screen candidates, and manage recruitment pipelines

• How to manage end-to-end hiring for multiple industries and functions

• Location: Online practical assignments available remotely

• Duration: 3 weeks of training, followed by 8 weeks of practicum
