Talent Diamond is hiring a Business Development Specialist based in the Philippines to help us expand our client base in Canada and Saudi Arabia. This is a 100% remote position, ideal for someone who thrives on making calls, closing deals, and following up with intensity. Prior experience selling HR services such as recruitment, assessments, or training is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, contact, and qualify prospects via outbound calls, email, and LinkedIn.

  • Book and attend Zoom meetings with HR managers and business owners.

  • Deliver confident, high-impact presentations of our HR services.

  • Manage CRM records, pipeline status, and follow-ups.

  • Hit weekly KPIs and revenue goals.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in B2B sales or business development (HR industry preferred).

  • Fluent English and excellent communication skills.

  • Strong sales discipline and follow-up mentality.

  • Self-starter with experience working remotely.

  • Bonus: Experience with recruitment, assessments, or outsourcing.
