Sales Associate Mobile Store

We're looking for a Sales Associate who can deliver exceptional customer service, drive mobile phone sales, and guide customers through our in-store products and plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers, understand their needs, and recommend mobile phones and services.
• Provide accurate information about pricing, warranties, and add-ons.
• Handle in-store inquiries about repairs, trade-ins, and accessories.
• Process sales transactions and guide customers to store technicians when required.
• Maintain a clean and organized display area.

Requirements:

• Passion for technology and customer service.
• Prior experience in retail sales or electronics is preferred.
• Must have basic knowledge of smartphones (iPhone/Samsung).
• Good spoken English and communication skills.
